TRAINING
To assist our employees with professional and personal growth, Genesis utilizes a Training Department that employs two Classroom Trainers and an Online Module Developer. Employees go through the ‘Genesis Overtrain’ process, ensuring they learn more than just the basic components of their job description. The Training Department also trains WHMIS, Food Handlers Certification, Workplace Health & Safety Training, and a full set of Management Skills courses.
Online Training modules for all positions throughout the company have also been created and are continually updated. Genesis Hospitality is continually developing an exceptional team of “Over-Trained” employees who share in the success of the company’s growth.
